Read and personalize your dashboard
Start in Command Center. Choose a reporting period and check data coverage before comparing results. Use Customize dashboard to choose metrics, show or hide widgets, and arrange the layout. Missing data is not the same as zero.
- Select your reporting period.
- Review source coverage and missing inputs.
- Customize the dashboard for the decisions you make most often.
Connect your business data
An owner connects a business source once; teammates use their workspace permissions. Google Analytics requires an authorized Google account and an existing GA4 property. For Google Sheets, connect your Google account, paste your reporting workbook link, preview its tabs and confirm the import. Use Preview workbook again when you want to refresh the data. The current importer expects the supported reporting workbook format. A source marked Setup required may still need provider configuration; it is not connected yet.
- Ask your owner to open Connections.
- Authorize an available provider and select the correct account or property.
- Review the first sync before activating background refreshes. Reconnect if authorization expires.
Import and inspect a workbook
Use the reporting workbook or CSV import to bring dated observations into the workspace. Operators and owners can import; other roles may have read-only access. Always review the preview and validation warnings before saving.
- Open Connections and select Import workbook or Import CSV.
- Review sheet names, reporting dates and validation warnings.
- Confirm the import, then inspect Source Workbook and check dashboard coverage.
Create a branded brief
Owners and operators can create briefs from imported data. Select the reporting categories you want included, review the draft, then export or publish it. Investors see only approved reporting content. Drafts are not automatically shared.
- Open Reports & Briefs and select Create brief if your role permits.
- Choose the categories and reporting dates.
- Review the results and limitations before publishing or downloading the branded HTML report.
Ask the business analyst
The analyst is available only when configured and enabled by the owner. Questions and reporting evidence are sent to Anthropic after the disclosure shown in the app. Answers may be wrong: inspect the underlying numbers before acting. Demo answers are illustrative and make no AI calls.
- Choose a period with enough reporting coverage.
- Ask a concrete question about performance or missing information.
- Check the answer against the source records and metric definitions.
Understand a metric
The Metric Dictionary explains definitions, units and calculation methods. Orders, units sold and tracked purchases are different measures. Stripe reconciliation must not be added to Shopify revenue as if it were another sale.
- Search for the metric by name.
- Read its definition and aggregation method.
- Check source limitations before comparing periods or channels.
Adjust text, theme and mobile access
Settings includes Standard, Large (115%) and Extra large (130%) text. The sun selects light mode, the moon dark mode, and the monitor follows your device. Appearance is saved in this browser. The mobile experience is an installable web app, not a native app-store download.
- Open Settings and find Appearance.
- Choose your text size and color theme.
- Install through your browser menu. On iPhone, use Safari’s Share menu and Add to Home Screen. Business data requires internet access.
Manage team access
Tenant Administration is available to owners. Invite teammates with the minimum role they need. Review investor metric visibility carefully: approved metrics can become visible across reporting dates, including future imports.
- Invite a teammate with the appropriate access level.
- Review approved investor metrics before saving.
- Use administration activity to understand changes. Never share your own sign-in link.
Knowledge desk
For access or connection problems, contact your workspace owner first. For platform support, email Alevated with the page name, time of the issue, and the visible error. Do not include passwords, API keys, or private business records.
